All prices are quoted for unframed paintings .However we could do
the framing at an extra cost which would be quoted separatly on a
case-to- case basis. |

The price of painting does not include duties, taxes, packing,
transportation & handling charges which will be charged as
applicable. Buyer will be intimated about taxes and transporting
charges depending on the location of the buyer. |
|
We are not liable for any charges that may be levied at the
destination whether in india or oversas. |
|
Painting will be delivered/dispatched to the buyer against 100%
payment in advance. |
|
The paintings that are unframed will be shipped in rolled format &
in a protective cylinder. |
|
All the paintings on website are origanal works of artist Atul Virkar
and have been certified so by the artist in good faith .All the paintings
displayed on the website are supported by an invoice , authenticity
certificate & artist profile will be send along with the painting. |
|
If the buyer wish to buy any painting on website he/she can contact
by E-mail .The information of buyer's addrss/Telephone no/Email Id
will be kept Confidential. |

Once an order is placed and confirmed by us, the buyer is required
to make payment for the price of artwork and other additional
charges [taxes / shipping/ handling] within 7working days from the
date of confirmation of the order . In the event that we does not
recive payment within 7 working days we reserve the right to cancel
the order without prior notice to the buyer. |

The dispatch will be done within 15 days of confirmed receipt of
full value of the shipment . Orders where payment is by cheque will be
shipped only after clearance of the same. |
|
While great care is taken to repoduce the colours and form of
paintings as depicted on the website , it is understood that since each
painting is individally painted there may be variations in shade and
colour . No complaints in this regard would be entertained. |

Disputes if any , would be subject to mumbai jurisdiction only. |
